Our Return and Exchange Policies:

How to Return Your Items:
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2-days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us by calling (734) 369-6559 or email us at [email protected]. If emailing, add the words "Return Request" to the subject line of the email, then include the name and type of the item you'd like to return and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, you will be instructed to mail back the item at your own expense.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
All accepted return items, that are in good condition as described above and sent back within 7 days of receipt, are available for exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Notification:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your return is approved for refund or exchange. Money will be refunded to the same payment method, only! If exchanging, you’ll be allowed to exchange the item for an equal or higher-priced item. If exchanged for a higher-priced item, you will be required to pay the difference between the returned item's price and the price of the exchanged item.
Notification:
All discounted items will be considered final sales. No refunds or exchanges on these items.
